As we start the second week of August,
The Lovers remain with us. However, when I pulled this card, for the third straight week, it was stuck together with
The Empress. So this week, you will continue to work with the energy of
The Lovers, while adding the energy of
The Empress.
As you know, the past
two weeks have seen you working with
The Lovers, who have asked you to do a review of where you were six months ago and take a look at where you are now and determine what changes, if any, need to be made.
The appearance of
The Empress tells you that you need to focus on creating what means the most to you.
The Empress is called the creator card and she reminds you that you need to take that first step to build a new relationship, draw a new picture, write a new poem, or even re-create something that already exists. Maybe you need to work on a current relationship, or rework a forgotten picture, or edit that poem that you can't quite put aside.
As you continue to review the past six months, work with
The Empress to figure out what you have yet to start working on, but need to do so. Also, listen to
The Empress' advice about how to fix something that requires your attention.
The Empress is also viewed as the
mother card. For those of you with children, be you male or female,
The Empress reminds you to take care of your sons and daughters. Be patient and understanding with them. Let them know that they are safe and loved. If you have been considering getting pregnant, now might be the right time. And, if you don't want children,
The Empress is a good reminder to take extra precautions.
